All espresso drinks are pulled on a La Marzocca Linea PB. House blend is a 70/30 split of Brazil Cerrado and Ethiopia Sidama, roasted to a balanced medium-dark profile.
Single-origin pour-overs prepared on the Hario V60. Two origins available daily, rotated monthly. Ask your barista for the current cupping notes.
Steeped for 18 hours in filtered water at 4°C. Available as classic, nitro, and seasonal infusions. Bottled cold brew also available to take away.
