Started With a 12kg Drum Roaster and No Plan B.

In 2011, founder James Reeve converted a disused print factory in the warehouse district into what would become Ironbrew's flagship roastery. The idea was simple: if you control the roast, you control the cup. Fourteen years later, that drum roaster still runs six days a week.

We have never taken outside investment. We have never franchised. Every decision is made by the same small team that brewed the first batch in that drafty corrugated building.
